Here at the Drowned Lands, we love saison. We love the history of saison and its connection to the land. That's why we're so excited to use malt from the Hudson Valley in our beers. We think it's one of the most drinkable styles out there. That's why we love brewing them for consumption during the hottest days of the year. And we think it's one of the most versatile styles out there. Adding sea salt and fresh squeezed lemon makes this already incredibly refreshing beer pop that much more.

This beer is bone dry, with a gentle shock of acidity, and a gorgeous salinity that makes you just thirsty enough for another sip. We're tasting lemon danish, yellow Gatorade, orange peel, fresh baked pretzel bun, and a lemon margarita with a salted rim.
