Details: rewed in collaboration with our great friends at Casita, Pyrex Scholars is a West Coast style DIPA. We took a classic West Coast style malt bill and hop schedule, and combined it with some of our favorite contemporary hops: Strata, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin. Dry hopped with the same varietals. A new twist on an old classic
