Details: What’s Next is a new 8% Imperial Sour Ale. We’ve grown to love our sour beer over the last year and wanted to take this style to the next level. We added over a thousand pounds of strawberries to this beer, 33% more fruit than we do in our Don’t Stop Now Series, along with white chocolate and 150 pounds of coconut and lactose.
