Details: Brewed with New York six row, raw wheat, and oats. Fermented slow in one of our foeders with 100% Brettanomyces Claussenii. After resting in oak for three months, we transferred and dry hopped with Mosaic and a touch of Simcoe. Notes of pineapple, and funky, dry berries.
