Details: A collaboration with our friends at Obercreek. This is a slow and patient farmhouse lager fermented in stainless and then transferred to one of our oak foeders and pitched with Brett B, a yeast known for it's slow secondary fermenting skills, where it matures over four months. Crispy, pinapple and funk.
