Tasting Notes
This is a bright, crisp, Sauvignon Blanc that drinks WAY above its price-point. The nose is very bright and lively with notes of citrus, lime, gooseberry and a subtle grassiness which are all verified on the palate. The mouthfeel is wonderful, and the flavors mellow together perfectly. The vineyards are made up of gravel and schist soils which instill the wine with a vibrant and long-lasting minerally finish. This is a wonderful midway-style wine that will appeal to both New Zealand-style Sauvignon Blanc lovers as well as Sancerre. It's such a crowd pleaser!
