Vinification: Organic and sustainable practices. The grapes are hand-harvested. At the winery, the grapes are destemmed, crushed, fermented in horizontal vinificators and batonnage in steel tanks, or aged on the lees. Once the wine has matured, it is then aged in large oak barrels for 12 months in the cellar.
Aging: Aged in a combination of stainless steel vats and large oak barrels for 12 months.
