Supa Dupa Cabernet Sauvignon, is a classic expression of California Cab. It is elegant and lofty but also has enough power to handle a juicy steak and a hearty vegetarian or vegan dish. This wine is a perfect match with cheese or simply by itself as a glass before dinner.
The Alexander Valley vineyards for this wine are located between the cities of Healdsburg and Cloverdale, along the banks of the Russian River, and benefit from the sandy alluvial soils and large rock fields laid down by the river’s passage over the past many hundreds of years. The warm growing season in the Alexander Valley makes it an ideal spot for ripening varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon. The region has been the source of some of California’s best and most well-known cabernets and now you can add Supa Dupa to that list wines you got to try.
