Crisp and refreshing! Picpoul is a perfect warm weather wine at a great value, and better yet, perfectly pairs with seafood and shooting oysters on the half shell. This wine shows off with a lovely pale crystalline green hue and greets you with a pleasant aromatic nose of acacia and hawthorn flowers. On the palate, you get great freshness, with rich and generous tropical and citrus fruits balanced with a fine acidity. This wine surely is a crowd pleaser.
