Tasting Notes
This sparkling shows a pale-yellow color, with fine bubbles to accent. A nose that is both complex and delicate. The palate carries a fine and creamy foam with fine, crisp bubbles; light and fresh flavor on the palate. Ideal as an accompaniment to appetizers and desserts.
Winery Details
It was in 2011 that Emmanuel and Olivier joined forces to create the Domaine Merceron-Martin. The two young winegrowers combine their know-how with the aim of making people discover their terroir through the wines they produce.
Between Nantes and Angers, their vineyard covers 26 hectares. The vines overlook the south bank of the Loire and shape the landscape of La Varenne, municipality of Orée d'Anjou. Close to the Pays d'Ancenis and the banks of the Loire, this privileged location allows them to produce a wide range of wines from the Loire Valley.
