Stobi winery is the newest and most modernly designed Macedonian winery, located in the municipality of Gradsko, next to the ancient site Stobi, where it gets its name from. Grape(s): 80% Rkatsiteli and 20% Vranac

Vinification: Grapes are conventionally harvested. Rkatsiteli is pressed immediately, and the Vranac is macerated for a short period to bleed the grape skins, then pressed. The grape must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Aging: Aged in stainless steel vats.
