2020 Lundeen ‘Mon Père’ Estate Pinot Noir: Willamette Valley, Oregon

Tasting Notes

This Pinot shows with full color with rich, sweet tannins. This wine exhibits bright cherry and strawberry flavors with refreshing acidity on the finish. Delicate and polished. This is a full throttle Pinot Noir with balanced, complex aromas and a palate with nice linearity and age worthiness.

Winery Details

“My journey to produce expressive and elegant, site-driven wines in the Willamette Valley really began with my father’s father and now has moved through me and calls to my son. Four generations of Lundeens have now cared for this land we call home and that produces our flagship Pinot Noir called Mon Père.

I have handcrafted Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines since 2006, and now feel the Lundeen wines are the conduit to express my deep love for (and history in) Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Through the wines I explore its varied terroirs, as well as try to reflect the beauty and complexity of this place.  I hope you enjoy!” - Michael Lundeen
