On the palate, the wine greets you with a balance of red and black fruit elements. The wine transitions to notes of chocolate, citrus flowers, cranberry, and strawberry. The finish is rounded out with earthy, mushroom notes, and supple tannins.

Vinification: Organic and sustainable farming practices. The grapes are harvested and fermented in small fermenters with a combination of destemmed and whole cluster fruit. The wine cap is punched down by hand and pumped over daily until fermentation completes. The free run and pressed juice in then collected and transferred into barrel for a long, slow maturation until the wine is ready to be bottled.
Aging: Aged for 15 months in neutral French oak barrels.
